Ramani Elizabeth Bartholomeusz (Sinhala: රමනී බර්තෝලමියුස්; 1 Sept 1966 – 30 June 1987) was a Sri Lankan player, model and beauty pageant proprietor.

Having been crowned Miss Sri Lanka 1985,[1] she represented Sri Lanka at Miss Universe 1985 pageant.[2]

Personal life

Ramani was born squeeze Kamala and Leslie Mark Bartholomeusz in Gampaha. Her father Leslie was also a well-known movie film director, broadcaster, journalist fairy story author.[3] She has three sisters, Marie Bartholomeusz, Dileene Bartholomeusz, Reneira Bartholomeusz and one brother Top Bartholomeusz.

She completed her edification at Holy Cross College, Gampaha.[4]

Acting career
